These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions for the online sale of travel guides (hereinafter referred to as “the Products”) carried out on the Foxtrotteurs website (hereinafter “the Website”), accessible at www.foxtrotteurs.fr, operated by Léa Galtié and Simon Leduc (hereinafter “the Seller”), for individual customers (hereinafter “the Client”).

These General Terms and Conditions come into force upon the Client's order and remain valid until all rights and obligations of both parties have been fulfilled.
The Website offers digital products for sale (travel guides, eBooks).
Each product is described in detail, including its features, price, and delivery method, on its dedicated page.
To place an order, the Client must follow these steps:
The Client guarantees to Stripe and the Seller that all information provided is accurate and agrees to keep this information up to date.
If the session is inactive for too long, the selected products may no longer be guaranteed, and the Client may need to restart the order process.
The Client is responsible for any telecommunication costs related to accessing the internet.
Before finalizing the order, the Client has the opportunity to return to previous pages to correct or modify the information provided. If any input error by the Client causes a delay in the delivery of the Products, Léa Galtié & Simon Leduc cannot be held responsible.
The Client will receive an email confirming the order and payment, including a summary of the order, which serves as an acknowledgment of receipt.
This confirmation email, sent to the address provided by the Client, constitutes the final validation of the order. Once confirmed, the Client cannot modify the order and may only exercise a right of withdrawal, if applicable (see section 9).
Prices on the Website are listed in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable).
As digital products are being sold, no shipping fees apply.
Foxtrotteurs reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment is secure and processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown on the Website.
Products are delivered via download.
The download becomes available once the Client has completed the payment. The download link will appear on the order confirmation page and will also be sent by email to the address provided.
In accordance with legal provisions, the Client waives their right of withdrawal for digital products, which cannot be refunded after downloading.
The Seller guarantees that the Products conform to their description.
In case of a defect or issue, the Client should contact customer service at contact.foxtrotteurs@gmail.com.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for how the Products are used after purchase.
Personal information collected via the Website is processed by Foxtrotteurs, who are responsible for the data, in order to manage your order, deliver your digital product, ensure commercial follow-up, fulfill legal obligations, and exercise legal rights.
Collected data will only be shared with: Léa Galtié & Simon Leduc.
Data is kept for 3 years.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data at any time.
The Products are original content and are protected by copyright laws.
All content on this Website (texts, images, videos, travel guides, logos, etc.) is the property of Léa Galtié & Simon Leduc (unless stated otherwise) and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of the site or any of its contents will be considered copyright infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
